Zen Shiatsu

This transformative full body treatment is tailored to your individual needs. It will include a combination of techniques including gentle or deep perpendicular pressure ,stretches , joint mobilisation, percussion techniques, holding… You will experience the release of tension physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically whilst feeling supported, nurtured and energised.

You will lay on a comfortable futon with supportive cushions to enhance your comfort. A Zen Shiatsu treatment can be received whist you lay on your back, front or side.
